Delivery, Returns & Refunds
DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY
Basic Drops Fashion Designing is a UAE based company.
- Shipping within the UAE:
- Shipping takes 7-14 working days by a third-party courier company.
- In sales periods shipping might extend by seven more days.
- Shipping charges is covered by the customer with a flat shipping rate of AED 30-50 on domestic orders.
- Confirmation email will be sent to client once the order is out for delivery, & delivery will be within 2 working days. in case of no contact from courier company it’s the client responsibility to follow up by email or instagram. Two delivery attempts will be made by the courier company before canceling the order with no refund.

- Shipping international:
- Shipping takes 7-30 working days by a third-party courier company.
- Shipping charges is covered by the customer and delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.
- In some conditions, DHL delivers to the service center in the same country and not to client location, by placing the order clients agrees to this condition and its the client sole responsibility to pick up the order from the service center.
- Shipping rates are subject to increase based on DHL. Basic Abaya team will share the final price of shipping with the customer in case of increase in payment. By placing an order, the client agrees to these unforeseen situations & agree to pay with a payment link.

Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
For ready to wear items, in case the client orders multiple abayas which includes (not ready to wear) the order will be delivered all together with the (not ready to wear) items.
REFUND POLICY
No Refund or exchange is possible
-in case of any mistake in the order from our side or damaged item, item will be replaced within 7-10 working days, subject to informing us and returning the wrong or damaged item within 3 days from the delivery date with its original received packaging without washing or using it.
- in case the customer chose buttons option and the abaya is delivered without button, a refund of 30 AED will be issued as a discount code for future orders.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer can not cancel or change their order once order is placed.
In case of cancellation, no refund will be made.
ORDERING POLICY
All abayas are free size, customers can only change the length. All requested changes added in the notes will not be followed in case of free size option.
For any changes in the sizes, additional charges of 50 AED is applicable per abaya (customers must choose -custom- option) and add all the sizes or the requested changes of free size in the notes box while checkout. If no sizes are added, we will proceed with free size with no refund of the extra charges and no alterations.
For any mistakes in the sizes of the delivered items, kindly contact us within 3 days of delivery, share a video of the abaya while measuring using a tape to show the mistake. Then, a collection will be scheduled for pickup item for alterations. No return.
Alteration or exchange are not possible post delivery in case the customer chose a wrong size and wants to change the size. Therefore, kindly ensure you choose the correct size before ordering, otherwise choose the custom option.
